Subject: monerod: do not log to tmpdir in daemon mode

The logging to /tmp/bitmonero.daemon.stdout.stderr caused segfaults
if the /tmp mount was full (#2851).
Now the daemon is only logging to /tmp/bitmonero.daemon.stdout.stderr
in the debug builds.
